Returns and exchanges
You have 15 calendar days from the day you receive your order to return or exchange it, without having to explain why.
- Write to us at info@carlotavargas.es with your name, your order number and, if you wish, the reason. You can also use the withdrawal form.
- Send us the product within the following 14 days, by whichever method you prefer (we recommend one with tracking), and keep the proof of postage. If you prefer, we can collect it from your home.
- We refund the price of the products and the original delivery cost no later than 14 days after you notify us, using the same payment method you used. If you prefer, we can send you an exchange or give you a voucher instead.
Conditions
- You can open and examine the product as you would in a shop. If it comes back used, washed or damaged, we may deduct the loss in value.
- Send it well protected, preferably in its original packaging.
- Made-to-measure or personalised products do not carry the right of withdrawal, but they are covered by the legal guarantee if they are faulty.
Cost
The delivery costs of an exchange or a return are paid by the customer, unless the product is faulty or is not the one you ordered. If we collect it ourselves in mainland Spain, we deduct €5 from the amount refunded.
All products have a 3-year legal guarantee. If any of them is faulty, write to us and we will put it right at no cost to you.
